We found that the fan has a problem with its airflow. Even if you are using a 52-inch Centreville fan, the airflow will be the biggest problem as it generates very little airflow. Even if it is running at high speed and you stand right under it, you will still not be able to enjoy enough air, which is the ideal function of a fan to do.
Other than that, this fan is great in all aspects. The looks of it are attractive, installation is easy, it has a lot of good comments and remarks from the real buyers who purchased this model. If you have enough lighting in your room and do not want to install a light kit, get a cap by ordering it as the package does not have a light cap in it.
If you prefer bright lighting then this unit may not fulfill your requirement. The light fittings in it are of candelabra style which does not provide the right amount of light. Another issue is with the bulbs because they burn out on a regular basis which is because of their inability to deal with electricity.
